the introduction

29 Aug

It wasn’t hard at all. Aizec saw my mother a few times before this, so mama wasn’t the issue. Ayah was or still ‘is’ the matter. My dad is a quiet person and I couldn’t read him. The only thing that most assured is, ayah doesn’t like me befriend with boys, since I was small. heh no wonder i am so miang, at times. hahahha

Our dads, his and mine, were attending the same school as Aizec, back in 70’s. So actually they knew each other, it just that they did not meet each other since then. My dad went to USM and later work at UTM, while Aizec’s dad obtained his first degree at UTM and worked elsewhere.

I determined to introduce Aizec to ayah on my convocation day, walaupun sebelum ni aku ingat dia yg grad dulu. Sbb bila fikir2 nanti susah sgt aku nak tunjuk Aizec sbb aku tau sgt ayah mmg tak suka kawan2 lelaki aku. diorg dtg raya pun aku susah hati. diorg nak dtg borak2 pun salah, aku keluar rumah pun susah. aku tak tahulah kenapa, tapi agaknya nanti aku ada anak perempuan mcm aku pun aku tak bg dia camtu kut. entah.

Nak dijadikan cerita, family aizec berdiri dekat2 je dgn family aku. aku tunjuk kat mama, “tu ayah dia”.
mama pun ckp, “ayah, tu ayahnya Aizec”.. (ayah tau aku kawan dgn aizec, tipu la kan tak tau langsung. mak aku sure gossip punya hahha)
kebetulan ayah dia pusing berjalan ke arah kitorg, ayah aku pun terus tegur.
dah.. tak susah kerja aku. yg intro tu ayah dia sendiri..
“ini anak aku”

dah. hahahahha pastu tetiba pecah semua rahsia2 aku. mmg la aizec tu baru ditunjukkan kat ayah aku. tapi ayah dia galak betul cerita pape, include aku pulak tu dlm cerita dia. (aku kalau gi rumah aizec mana ayah aku tau.. mak aku pun tak tau aku rajin sgt ‘visit’ aizec kalau dia balik JB).. hehhe seram aku nak balik sama kereta dgn ayah. dah nak naik kete lain dah. takut kena basuh dlm kete. tp semuanya OK OK saja.🙂 very glad and very very very happy.
