Aishah tanya aku mcm mana turunkan berat badan lepas bersalin.

Dear Aishah, sebenarnya aku turun berat baru2 ni je sbb marathon nak ganti puasa (tapi itu menghuru-harakan milk prod aku since i usually skip sahur. aku kan malas bgn sahur sejak sekolah lagi).. lepas bersalin my weight maintain dan mcm tak boleh nak buat apa2 at 54kg. with my new nursing curves, byk baju yg tak boleh pakai and jeans tak payah ckp lah sendat mcm mana. ha ha nasib baik puasa, baru aku perasan aku mkn banyak.😛 lepas 2 minggu puasa (aku kena ganti 20 hari sbb campur thn lepas punya tak sempat nak buat), berat aku turun to my pre-pregnancy weight (tapi bukan pre-pregnancy shape!).. tgh target nak turunkan lagi utk berat sebelum kawin. hahaha i was (still ‘i am’) so very sngat happy masa kawin terus berat naik. hahahah😛

tp lepas bersalin aku penah try blood-type diet. pada aku agak berkesan. walaupun berat badan turun skit2 je.. tak mendadak la. tp aku perasan energy level aku lebih baik. ye la aku bgn pegi kerja balik rumah, ada la 12 jam kat luar rumah. balik nak buat kerja2 rumah lagi kan. mmg la penat. but since that, aku tak de la rasa exhausted sgt. aku takde la percaya bulat2 kat diet ni, tp aku alter sikit utk suit selera aku. blood type A diet – vegetarian. aku sangat sangat bukan vegetarian. so i exclude ayam and daging je, i still eat ikan.

    Memang nampak susut berbanding masa kita jumpa (walaupun masa tu, ko tetap maintain petite). Tapi, dalam gambar berkelah tu, makin petite.

    Tu yang tanya tu. Thank you for the tips. Maybe it helps that lepas aku pantang nanti, bulan Ramadhan. So, sebelum tu, kena cari tips tambah/retain milk production while fasting pulak.

    aishah, jgn risau la mcm mana kau nak retain milk prod masa bulan puasa nnt.. sbb kau cuti masa tu. so jgn risau. you can puasa dan bf your baby. biasanya yg ada problem ialah org2 yg working full time and kena pump. yg penting kena minum air cukup. contoh senang, kalau kau tak minum air mcm mana nak berpeluh. mcm tu laa..

    alaa jeles la dgn org gomen ni bole amik cuti lama2.. alaaaa
