mihun? no no

post dinner glucose level: 9.4mmol/L

I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW MY BODY REACTS!

mkn roti canai + teh tarik kurang manis, ok.

mkn half pretzel, half (tall) glass of lemonade, 1 mug of tea ( less sugar), rojak asma.. ok

mkn nasi, durian, air masak byk gila.. takut nak check b4 tdo (hahahahhaha), bgn subuh check.. ok

skali hari ni.. mihun sup + teh o (kurang manis), tak ok. tak la sampai kenyang mana pun. huhuhuhu

skrg dah dizzy2. sat lagi sure tertido sbb nak tdo kan adam. budak kecit nih.. dah minum susu, dah mkn, dah complete dah patutnya mlm ni. skali nak tdo dia turun katil pulak.

“sini adam, tdo. ok pegi tutup pintu.”

dia pun berlalu, kluar bilik, menyelit celah pintu tu. halus je nampak jari jemari dia memaut pintu bilik, tutup dari luar serapat mungkin.

“mama tdo la ye, adam nak lepak lagi tgk movie dgn daddy”

      tau mmg tak aci. tapi sbb takut sgt sampai mimpi2 mlm tu. hahahha.. confirm naik punya, at least i know why.😛 hahhaha

      ni mlm ni baru duk study mcm mana nak plan mkn. saya rasa takde la teruk sgt nak plan, lagi teruk nak kontrol mkn kalau kena gatal2. hehe
