I’ve never taste any pavlova. Tp org duk blog pasal ni. Ok nak buat, tp lokasi rumah yg cuma boleh harapkan tesco yg hampeh tu, nak berries? Dpt strawberries cameron dah ok laaaa. Hahaha
So last monday, ada strawberry. Nak tak nak tak. Berkira2.. Last last amik jugak. Pastu terus capai whip cream. Amik barang dapur lain jugak. Ada kiwi, bole la ni. Sbb x de blueberries. Kalau nak semua betul, alamat tak merasalah aku mcm mana. I’m not perfectionist that makes me a less stress person. Now u see? Aku akan stress bila ‘x dpt buat’, bukan stress sbb ‘buat tp x perfect’.
In some occasion, in mycase in trying new recipe, i find that it is stressful if i keep on comparing my success level with secret recipe level. It is plain ridoculous. Everything has its first time. Baking should be enjoyable and not stressful.
Smlm agak stress sbb meringue mcm melekit even tho i baked it at the correct tempreture (i think my oven temp dia x accurate laaa).. Even lebih lama dr instruction. Belasah je la sbb dah masuk balik pun (its a curse for a pastry/cake utk bakar 2 kali. Confirm x jadi) hahahha
Wait till we finished our dinner (we had piri piri chicken, spaghetti and salad), baru nak whipped up tje cream Aidan dah mintak tdo. Ok off to bed.
At 10-ish, I was definitely in heaven. The meringue did not melekit anymore (maybe i should just wait kan?). It was spongy, the right level of sweetness, kiwi and strawberry combined. Wowww. I must be heavenly crazy happy if i could taste the pavlova made by the expert!!
Half of the plate was eaten by me and only me.
